  • Other – Preference will be given to student parents who plan to reside in the US after completing their degree.

– Recipients will actively contribute to the SPARK student organization, attending events and taking the lead in organizing two events each semester. The CARE office reserves the right to withdraw the offer if the recipient does not meet the GPA and enrollment requirements.
