In partnership with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund, Adobe, Inc. is proud to announce its inaugural Immersion Experience for HBCU students. This unique opportunity will allow 40 students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to visit Adobe's headquarters in San Jose, California. During this immersive experience, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of Adobe’s corporate culture, interact with executives, engage in hands-on simulations, and experience a day in the life at Adobe. Students will also network with diverse employees and participate in mock interviews.
The primary objective of this program is to introduce students to corporate America through the perspective of Adobe, Inc., addressing the needs of the over 70% of HBCU students who are first-generation corporate professionals.
This initiative aims to familiarize these students with potential careers, the corporate environment, and the people who drive Adobe’s success.
