• Candidate must be an Arkansas Resident and U.S. citizen
• Must be a 2024 High School Graduate
• 21-24 ACT superscore or 1060-1209 new SAT and 3.00 HS GPA
• Household income under $70K AGI (Adjusted Gross Income)
• Completed FAFSA
• CSS Profile may also be required
• Must be an admitted student. No additional application is required.
