A-State Opportunity is an undergraduate programme for the non-Arkansas residents but the candidate must be a citizen of U.S and the scholarship cannot be combined with other institutional scholarships.

- Must be a 2024 High School Graduate
- Must have 21 or above ACT superscore or 1060 new SAT and minimum 3.00 HS GPA
